1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between General Services, operating under the brand name BAPPA ("Company", "BAPPA", "we", "our" or "us"), and every person who accesses, browses, registers, or purchases products through the official website www.bappa.online ("Website").
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies published on the Website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, Cookie Policy, Legal & Regulatory Information, and any other policies published by the Company from time to time.

6. Customer Account
Customers may purchase products either by creating an account or through any checkout process made available by the Company.
Where an account is created, the Customer shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under the account.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that contains false information, violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent conduct, abuses promotional offers, or otherwise compromises the security or integrity of the Website.
Customers shall promptly notify the Company of any unauthorised use of their account or any suspected security breach.
7. Product Information
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, colours, sizing information, availability, and images displayed on the Website are accurate at the time of publication.
However, minor variations in colour, print placement, texture, embroidery, fabric appearance, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, screen calibration, or device display settings. Such variations shall not constitute defects.
The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or update any Product without prior notice.
Publication of a Product on the Website shall not constitute a guarantee of continuous availability.
8. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.
The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, technical malfunction, or system error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the affected Order, even after payment has been received. In such cases, any amount received shall be refunded through the original payment method or by any other lawful means determined by the Company.
9. Orders
Submission of an Order by the Customer constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Product.
Acceptance of an Order shall occur only upon dispatch of the Product or upon such other confirmation as determined by the Company.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or reject any Order without assigning reasons, including but not limited to circumstances involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, payment verification issues, duplicate Orders, suspected commercial resale, policy abuse, or compliance with applicable law.
Orders may be subject to additional verification before acceptance.
10. Payment
The Company accepts payment through payment methods made available on the Website from time to time.
Orders shall not be processed until successful payment authorisation has been received, except where Cash on Delivery or any alternative payment method expressly offered by the Company is selected.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorised, or in violation of applicable law.
Payment processing is facilitated through authorised third-party payment service providers. The Company shall not be liable for failures, interruptions, delays, or technical errors attributable to such third-party providers.
